These Terms govern your use of the Rayl Technologies BV website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. Separate terms apply to Rayl Payments and Rayl Marketplace when those products become available.

In these Terms, “Rayl”, “we”, and “us” refer to the entity above.
2. Permitted use
The Site is provided for general information about Rayl and its projects. You may browse, read, link to, and share content from the Site for non-commercial, informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without authorisation (see Security for how to report vulnerabilities responsibly).
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, accounts, or systems.
- Use automated systems to scrape or harvest content at a volume that disrupts normal operation.
- Misrepresent yourself as Rayl or any of its team.
3. Intellectual property
The Rayl name, the Rayl wordmark, all copy, design, code, and other content on the Site are owned by Rayl or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party assets used on the Site (such as world-map data and font files) remain the property of their respective rightsholders and are used under the applicable licences.
4. No product offering on this site
This Site is informational. Nothing on it constitutes a contractual offer, financial advice, investment advice, or a regulated service. Access to Rayl Payments or Rayl Marketplace, when available, will be governed by separate product terms.
5. Forward-looking statements
The Site may include descriptions of products, features, or plans we are still building. These are aspirational and may change. We don’t guarantee that any particular feature will ship or stay the same.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (e.g. for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Rayl harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, highlight the update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Flanders, Belgium, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the European Union grant you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.
